A web interface to view and control a very versatile camera with multiple pan, tilt, zoom, and exposure functions.
The camera is good enough to resolve Jupiter moons. Use this before connecting remotely to check that there is noone in the dome. I usually have this camera available all night so that I can monitor the sky directly from the dome. A microphone in the dome is also connected to this camera, but is more difficult to operate reliably.
Otherwise known as UI5, VERA or Z-wave, provides a web interface for controliing power to lights, telescope mount, and ccd camera, as well as the dome heater. It does not control the air-con unit because the latter does not power up in the correct mode directly from the mains switch.
To access the ART control computer ( arpc67 ), I use Remote Desktop Connection -- ask for the IP address. If working from outside the Observatory, you will need an ssh tunnel or other local access to see this machine. Ask csj for details.
If you don't have a mac or can't use RDC, then I can't help you.

A web interface for total observatory conrol could be used for controlling the telescope, dome and camera,
and for setting up observing scripts.
So far, I have not had very much success. It requires
that the ACP server is running on the ART control computer before attempting to use it. Also, current AOP policies on preventing external internet access make it redundant.

The ART wiki had to migrate to an html site after the original AOP wiki site was hacked and no permanent replacement could be established.
The ART pages are intended to be the repository for all useful information about the ART.

arpc67 - reboot
If you need to reboot arpc67 when using RDC -- this tells you how
FilterWheel restart
This is the most common problem for which a hard disconnect/reconnect is required in order to
reset the USB identifier for the filterwheel. We have not found any solution more reliable
than entering the dome and doing a hard disconnect/reconneect.
